16. All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Dhaslee Technologies Private Limited will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.

17. All Disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and Dhaslee Technologies Private Limited will be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts situate in Nagercoil alone.
